COPPER IN PRESIDIO COUNTY.

This has been noticed under the head of silver and lead ores of that region. I saw at three different places in the silver region of the Chinati mountains veins of copper associated with iron of a width of from ten to twenty feet. This was at one place visited in company with Colonel Anderson. Here there are several fissure veins of widths as above named.
