The Texas Architecture Archive is a collection inspired and nourished by Blake Alexander. It comprises measured drawings executed by UT architecture students in conformance with the format established by the Historic American Buildings Survey (HABS), as well as drawings of historic buildings by Texas architects. Many of these drawings were done by students attending the Winedale Institute in Historic Preservation. The measured drawings are supplemented by a file of over 1,000 documentary reports, photographic material, newspaper clippings and ephemera.
These projects were compiled by students under the direction of Professor Blake Alexander.
