Harvey P. Smith, FAIA (1899-1964)
Harvey P. Smith was appointed architect in charge of measuring and restoring the San Antonio Missions during the Depression. His field notes and drawings provide an invaluable record of the condition of the missions before and after restoration. This remarkable collection contains drawings for four of the San Antonio missions and the Spanish Governor’s Palace.
