Mentoring Program
The ALADN Mentor Program is entering its 5th year! The purpose of the program is to match newcomers to ALADN/library development with someone who has been in the profession for a few years. This is a great way to network and make new contacts across the country.
Who can participate? If you fall into one of the following categories, then you should consider learning more about the program:
- I’m new to library development and would like to have someone I could call on from time to time to ask questions, brainstorm, etc.
- I’m not new to library development, but I will be attending my first ALADN conference. It would be nice to have a "contact" person at the conference to ensure I get the most out of the conference.
- I’ve been in library fundraising for a few years and would like to share my experience with a newcomer to the profession.
