ReedElsCustomers listserv is offered by the Research Services Division of the University of Texas at Austin University of Texas Libraries. This listserv has no connection with Reed Elsevier and is provided as an information sharing service for the library community.The scope of the content is intended to include all topics of interest to current or potential Reed Elsevier customers in order to share collegial non-proprietary information about Reed Elsevier journals and databases that may be useful in the management of library subscriptions and resources.
This listerv would likely be of interest to those working with Elsevier Science Journals, Science Direct, Lexis-Nexis, Cahners Business Information, Harcourt Academic Ideal, and other related products and services. Topics include the changing mix of journals available on Science Direct, what content has been added/lost to/from Lexis-Nexis Academic Universe, which journals are available as web editions, the impact of Reed Elsevier acquisitions and divestitures on libraries, archiving, subscription agents, third party contents on Science Direct, etc.
