AUSTIN, Texas — The University of Texas Libraries kick off a new season of Science Study Breaks with a special installment of the program.
  A project aimed at building a major research tool for the global study of Latin America at The University of Texas at Austin has just gotten a significant new academic partner.
EVENT: “Art Across the Americas,” an Austin Lima Sister Cities art exhibition. Reception and month-long exhibition are free and open to the public.   WHEN: Reception is Saturday, Oct. 1, 6-9 p.m. Exhibition runs Oct. 1-30.   WHERE: The University of Texas at Austin, Benson Latin American Collection, Sid Richardson Hall (SRH 1.108). A map is available online.
Event: Research + Pizza features Matt Fajkus talking about his research in sustainable architecture.
