To place a hold on a book, simply click the hyperlink of the book, which will open the record in UTNetCat. It should be the first record on the list, but you need to check the number next to the record to verify. Items with multiple editions or in a series may be farther down the page. Scroll to the bottom of the screen, change the number in the drop down menu next to the "Recall Record" button if necessary, and click the Recall Record button. Follow the instructions on the following screens to place your hold.
The previous week's new book shelf listing will be moved to a link below the current week's listing so that archived lists may be accessed. NOTE: The hyperlinks for the lists prior to July 1, 2007 do not work any longer. However, you can still use the call number listed to locate the material in the new catalog.
